The Canadian Immigrant Resource Network's Website can be visited for normal usage without communicating any personal information. Minimum necessary personal data are only collected for identification purposes when users wish to enter the Members' Area or if they voluntarily participate in opinion polls.
Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) in the Members' Area, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.
The Canadian Immigrant Resource Network may use personally identifiable data collected during registration that are knowingly provided by users, to contact them about upcoming opinion polls. It will only be done if the user has previously granted general permission for this.

The Members' Area shall be used for lawful purposes only. The Canadian Immigrant Resource Network reserves the right to deny publication or transmission of any material that is deemed to be unsuitable, unlawful, offensive in any way or would violate any law.
Collected information may be stored in our system and be used as an information pool for later research purposes. This may only include anonymous statistical data based on information provided by poll respondents.
